I Admit

In the journey through my blogs, I’ve often shared my learnings from mistakes, trusting to spare you from repeating them.

One mistake I’ve made is hiring individuals who weren’t fully equipped for the task, believing we could train them as we go.

Yet, relying solely on this approach seems to maintain the company at a lower level.

It’s uncommon to find hires genuinely eager and capable of growing at the pace your company needs.

To foster growth, you need to bring in individuals whom you’ll need to nurture into their roles.

It’s nerve-wracking, isn’t it?

Investing in someone with a substantial payroll, delving into the challenge of training them while facing the growth within yourself. Reflecting on times where you might have let other employees struggle for too long… (perhaps that was just my experience).

But here’s the heart of the matter.

If you already possessed world-class expertise in every aspect of your business, you’d have already achieved the pinnacle of success.

Do you?
