Practicing What You Preach

A common question that came up after yesterday’s email was about the concept of Practicing what you preach.

For us, this means going back to the fundamentals of our 6 Steps and 5 Ways blueprints. It involves meticulously crafting, testing, and assessing our business systems and processes in the same manner we advise our clients to do.

We’re delving into our toolbox to select the most fitting tool for specific challenges. Whether it’s an ROI tool for lead sources, a LION meeting agenda, the comprehensive 13-step sales process, executing our marketing plans, or revisiting core mindset slides to reinforce their significance – we’re incorporating more and more ActionCOACH materials into our daily operations.

Now, you might be thinking, “Why wasn’t this practice consistent all along?”

Absolutely, no excuses. Collaborating with those who guide us has prompted a return to this path.

In fairness, these experts have invested considerable time in perfecting these strategies. We’re the ones who hadn’t been harnessing these tools to their fullest potential.

Interestingly, we have a slide that emphasizes 100% commitment. Give your all, reap the full rewards. Our realization is that we’ve been giving around 90% and receiving merely 50% in return.

Sure, progress isn’t linear. Undeniably, when you’re right in the midst of your business, it’s challenging to have an objective view. Our situation isn’t unique in that aspect.

So, I encourage you to ponder: What percentage are you truly gaining from your own enterprise?
