All You Require is Mastery of a Singular Skill

As a business owner committed to your business’s growth, there is one vital skill you must master: transforming learning into personal growth.

Recognize that your blind spots impose limitations on your business. Overcome them by acknowledging their existence and learning strategies to navigate around them. However, remember that the focus should not solely be on technical aspects.

The inability to perceive your blind spots stems from two reasons. Firstly, there may be a reluctance to acknowledge them. Secondly, your intense concentration on your own business and its unique features may lead you to believe that you are already the best possible option in your field.

Furthermore, laziness serves as a third hindrance to recognizing your blind spots. By ignoring them, you can avoid the discomfort of working through them and the associated feelings of judgment, fear, or frustration. However, it’s important to note that you are the only one judging yourself. From an outsider’s perspective, your blind spots are glaringly apparent.

This isn’t a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Curious as to why I work with three coaches simultaneously? Each one specializes in identifying blind spots that may hinder my success. I have no intention of tolerating these blind spots any longer than necessary, only as long as they impede my business.
